I was able to make minor adjustments for free and received my final copy on 12/9. I did pay to have my order expedited and I think that was worth the cost. I really loved that you guys drawed and added the things that I wanted to see in my personalized background, however the anime itself seemed as if it were just drawed by a type of software. I encourage others to be more specific in the animation style that they would like to see in their portrait. Overall, I had a great experience, the person to whom the portrait was loved it, and I would definetly reccomend animeportrait services :)
