They did absolutely amazing! I was astonished how similar the picture looked to the pictures provided.
Really pleased with it brought it my partner for his Christmas present and he absolutely loves it only fault is that the background for itachi doesn’t make sense although you can choose the background but I didn’t know about the background so I choose random but you would think the professionals who draw it would know not to do that background. I’d also asked for hazel eyes on both people but they did green and I couldn’t afford to pay more to change it! It seems like they make mistakes on purpose so you have to pay more to “fix” it. Other than that though we like it

They worked so well with me and had so much patience! Especially since I forgot to include a tail for my neko and they had it completely finished and still added and fixed it twice! And they made it perfectly to what I described. I highly recommend checking out their tiktok and sample photos!

I placed my order on the 5th of June and (after following up) received a pretty subar portrait only on the 13th of June. I was very disappointed with the outcome and even paid for a revision but unfortunately what I received felt like a lazy attempt. Very disappointed.
